Travel Ref is designed to connect referees who love to travel with assignors in need across the nation. We offer referees opportunities to work prestigious tournaments in different states while helping tournament coordinators meet their staffing needs. Our platform is here to streamline the process, creating a win-win by bringing quality refs to tournaments and providing refs with the chance to travel, grow, and earn money. Together, we’re elevating the tournament experience for everyone involved.
I'm Bowen Taylor, a National Soccer Referee, Assignor, mentor and the founder of TravelRef. After traveling out of state for tournaments for over 5 years in a quest to make soccer my full time job, I noticed referees had difficulty finding tournaments, and assignors needed more officials. I wanted to take my experiences off the field and be a resource for assignors and officials. My goal is to make TravelRef a one stop shop for referees and assignors to get the resources they're looking for!
I'm Rebecca Greenberg, a regional referee. With 7 years of experience on the field, I feel that I can relate to referees and the challenges faced by assignors. I always wished for one website that had everything I needed to know about tournaments and their locations in one space. I hope to help ensure that TravelRef continues to serve as a helpful resource for referees and assignors alike.
